By using the State Five website, Discord, or FiveM server, you agree to these terms and the server rules.
Eligibility
You must meet the legal age in your jurisdiction to play GTA V and FiveM. You must own a legitimate copy of GTA V.
Conduct
You agree to follow the server rules. Rule breaks lead to warnings, suspensions, or removal.
Limitation
State Five is not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. GTA V is a trademark of its owners.
